Instructions:

After a new conditions report has been submitted, it must be approved here before it will appear on the website. Below you will see the most recent conditions report. Below the report there is a box where you can re-type the report if you want to make changes before it goes on the website. If you re-type the report, you must press the Revise button to save it. If you are satisfied with your changes, or if you do not need to re-type the report, then press the Publish button and it will appear on the website.
