We have scheduled four Moonlights this year on January 3 and 31. February 28. And March 28. We will announce ticket availability and the menu 10-14 days in advance. Stay tuned!

Social hour 5-6pm with dinner served shortly thereafter. Bring you own adult beverages in you are so inclined.

After dinner, Steve will lead all those interested on a short ski to a bonfire followed by dessert back in the lodge. The menu, handcrafted by our head chef Oisin Muldowney, evokes a “Noche Mexicana.”

Chiles rellenos – poblano peppers with plant based chorizo and cheese

Pico de gallo (tomatoes, onions, peppers, cilantro and lime)

All of the dishes are gluten free but the flour tortillas are not. All of the dishes with the exception of the pork are vegetarian.
